Recently I have a very bad lifestyle, sleeping late. It follows me for years and now it gets worsen lol. What a coincidence, I just did a report on my bad sleeping habit for my university project a week ago, reading what I've wrote down in the report, now only I knew it causes me a lot of side effects, including gain fats.
