12 Ways To Experience South Australia

Sunday, June 04, 2017 /

If you’re following my Instagram, you would know that I travelled to South Australia in January. Frankly, I have never been to Australia and this was my first ever one. According to Lonely Planet, South Australia is one of the top 5 must-see regions in the world. I personally agree with the statement, even though it was only 5-days trip, but I’ve experienced different kind of activities such as wine tasting, wildlife park experience, beaches hopping, and so on! Basically South Australia is a one-stop destination for world-class wine, unbeatable gourmet food and produce, picturesque natural scenery, and unique wildlife. There were so many things to do and I can’t wait to share with you my experiences!

To make it easier, I’ve listed out the 12 ways to experience South Australia. Adelaide, Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley were the places I went, I’ve got to try out different activities in such a short period!

Adelaide

Adelaide is a contemporary yet friendly city, which surrounded by rolling hills, exquisite beaches with crystal-clear water and 19th century sandstone architectural buildings. From cafes and restaurants, parks, cellar doors, events and sporting festivals can be found in this beautiful city. When I was there, there was Santos Tour Down Under happening in the city.

  1. Beaches hopping

One thing I like the most about Adelaide is the beaches with crystal-clear water. Glenelg is the nearest to the city and easy to reach by tram, it is Adelaide’s most popular beach destination, with shops, cafes and restaurants around.
